Description

  1. Overview
    1. TF-4 decorative border sewing machine is for sewing high-class mattress decorative borders.
    2. Equipped with a high-speed 25-needle chain stitch sewing head.
    3. Sewing speed can reach 14 meters per minute.
    4. Can be equipped with standard guide, customized decorative tape guides, and zipper guides in different sizes.
    5. With the specially designed 25-needle chain stitch sewing head, decorative tape, 3D mesh sheet tapes, non-woven fabrics, or zippers can be sewn on mattress borders.
    6. Equipped with a specially designed material feeding and winder system with smart sensing system.
  2. Applications
    1. Sewing decorative tape on mattress border: 25 needles with needle distance of 1/4 inch (6.35 mm); basic application is sewing 1, 2, or more pieces of decorative tape; standard distance between center of 2 decorative tapes is 2.5 inches, adjustable to 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5, 5.5, or 6 inches; available decorative tape width is 18 to 158 mm; mattress border width adjustable from 100 mm to 360 mm.
    2. Sewing 3D mesh sheet with decorative tape on mattress border: adds a 3D mesh sheet tape between 2 decorative tapes; can sew on 1 complete mattress border or 2 split joint mattress border; standard guide for 3D mesh sheet tape is 70 mm wide; guider can be customized in widths from 45 mm to 175 mm.
    3. Sewing 2 decorative tapes and single zipper on mattress border: sews a single zipper between 2 decorative tapes for removable mattress covers; requires separately ordered specialized single zipper unit; width of single zipper is W3; single zipper is not included in TF-4 standard list.
    4. Sewing 2 decorative tapes, 3D mesh sheet tape, and double zipper on mattress border: uses 8 needles to sew all simultaneously; 3D mesh sheet tape and double zipper are not included in TF-4 standard list.
    5. More special customized and application designs: flexible settings with customized fittings for different functions and widths, such as 3D mesh sheet with tape fitting with folded edge.
    6. Photoelectrical or mechanical auto-stop sensor: multiple sensors stop the machine automatically when material is lacking or threads break; advanced automatic material feeding and winder system enables fully automatic production.
