Description

  1. Smart Arm System
    1. Easy corner stitch by the 90 degree arm turning angle system.
    2. With new special system easily turn the bed in the weight up to 100 kg.
    3. Triangle and circle beds can be adjusted by the angle of the arm to the bed and possible active and passive command can be given the desired angle.
    4. Pressing device on the arms keeps the mattress in place for operator easy stitch around the corners.
  2. Table Lift and Angle Systems
    1. Table lift system is supported by linear systems for longevity and durability; vibration up/down movement is eliminated.
    2. Especially for sewing machines make sewing more smoothly on the corners, the lift itself up automatically and makes 10 mm landing. Optionally, the manual can be used.
    3. Galvanized pipe used for the main machine frame, corrosion problem is eliminated from the process.
  3. Head System
    1. Preferably, we propose Ctech 300 B5, Singer 300U or Pfaff 5625 chainstitch sewing machines.
    2. It can stitch from 50 mm up to 500 mm height of mattress.
    3. Needle foot lifting system operated by special pneumatic system.
    4. Needle cooling system.
  4. Conveyor System
    1. Special 1st class produced in accordance with EU standards of European origin conveyor belt consisting of antistatic PVC belt allowing the movement of the bed easily.
    2. Conveyor speed settings can be made via the PLC screen and can be synchronized with the sewing machine speed.
  5. Mattress Flipping System
    1. According to this system, the pneumatic system can be time programmed for flipping the mattress.
    2. It is designed to be taken on behalf of the production in time to contribute to a single bed.
  6. Pedals
    1. It has 4 pedals for sewing, moving forward and backwards, and flipping.
  7. Error Control Systems
    1. Thermal failures, drive failures, malfunctions, etc. follow the prompts on the screen.
  8. Control Panel (Screen)
    1. 7-inch wide-screen prompts automatically by the machine and all command settings.
    2. You can easily adjust the screen manually. Machines are available in English.
  9. Exterior Design
